Excellent experience. Host was communicative and responsive. Very nice and safe neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was cozy and clean. Lots of books to read. Great location only 15 minute drive from downtown. Nice commercial district only 20 minute walk south features a coffee shop and 2 breweries. McDonald’s and Starbucks a 2 minute drive away.Would stay here again without hesitation the next time we visit KC.

I’ve always believed where you stay can shape your entire travel experience. I enjoy creating homes that are both beautiful and comfortable, filled with thoughtful details, interesting books, original artwork, quality furnishings, and spaces that invite you to slow down and relax. As a local host, I love sharing Kansas City with visitors and helping guests feel at home whether they’re here for business, family gatherings, a sporting event, a special visit or a relaxing getaway. My goal is simple: to offer a stay that feels warm, comfortable and pleasantly memorable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Roeland Park offers a rare combination of neighborhood charm and city convenience. The streets are lined with mature trees, well-kept homes, and a strong sense of community. On any given day you’ll see neighbors walking their dogs, parents with strollers, children riding bikes, and residents out for an evening jog. That everyday activity creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels both vibrant and reassuring. While the neighborhood is peaceful and residential, guests are only minutes from KU Medical Center, the Country Club Plaza, Westport, Downtown Kansas City, the Crossroads Arts District, and major sporting venues. It’s one of the reasons I fell in love with the area and chose to host here.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this home special is the care and intention behind every detail. I set out to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and memorable. The home features a curated collection of artwork, a distinctive library wall, elegant furnishings, comfortable bedrooms, and thoughtfully layered textures that give it the feel of a boutique retreat.

Guests often tell me they appreciate that the home feels both sophisticated and comfortable—a place where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a book, gather with family after a day exploring Kansas City, or simply relax and unwind. Every room was designed to feel inviting with attention paid not only to how the home looks, but also to how it feels.

Beyond its character and charm, the home offers the practical comforts guests value most: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping spaces, dedicated garage and driveway parking, laundry facilities, and a convenient location near many of Kansas City’s most popular destinations. My hope is that guests leave with the feeling that they’ve stayed somewhere truly special.
