This charming, compact unit features a bright open-concept layout that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stovetop, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, and refrigerator - perfect for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to relaxed meals at home.

Just across from the kitchen, the living area provides a comfortable space to unwind, complete with a sofa, coffee table, and Smart TV-ideal for enjoying your favorite movies and shows after a day of exploring.

At the entrance, you’ll find a private outdoor sitting area with space for four guests, along with a convenient washing machine so you can easily take care of laundry during your stay.

Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, each featuring a queen-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. Sliding doors in each room lead to the back patio, where you can store a bicycle if you are using one.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The unit is located on the ground floor, however keep in mind there are 5-6 steps to get inside the unit and a slight flat climb upwards from the main entrance to the condo.

Attention!

Please note this is a gated community. The main gate is kept locked, and the guard patrols the area, so they may not always be at the entrance.

Upon arrival, you may need to wait for the guard to return or for another resident to open the gate.
Unfortunately, there is no alternative way to access the complex.
The guest who made the reservation should have valid ID available in case security requests it.

Please be advised that only one parking space per condo is allowed within the gated complex. We cannot provide additional parking passes for extra vehicles. However, the neighborhood is very safe, with patrol guards monitoring the streets, and we have never encountered issues with guest parking on the street. It is essential that you read and comply with this parking policy before confirming your reservation.

During busy times, you may need to park elsewhere (the area is very safe)
