The property was excellent and exactly as described. The property owner communicated everything and was very responsive! I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Dallas area.

Space was very clean, wish there had been hand soap but that is our only note. Great host, hairdryer was missing they had one delivered that afternoon we checked in!

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was a great experience. The host was so quick to respond whenever I had a question, and provided a very comfortable and clean apartment. Deep Ellum had so many things around to do and it wasn’t far from the House of Blues (I came into town for a concert). Highly recommend especially if you’re solo traveling.

We loved our stay! The location was great, the place was very clean, and access right off Canton Street was easy. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer instructions for garage parking. The process was simple once we figured it out: pull up to the garage, take a ticket, and park. We paid just 10 when we left the next morning. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property to stay at in Deep Ellum. Walkable to all kinds of great places to eat and hang out. Common areas of property are beautiful and very spacious.

The apartment itself was great, but we booked with the intention of being able to use the pool, upon arrival we go to the pool only to find out that it is closed. We were not notified of this and would probably not have booked had we known the pool wasn’t accessible. On the last day of our 3 day stay the pool was finally reopened, as we tried going into the pool early in the day we had issues because we didn’t have a key fob to get into the pool. The host offered no solutions for this and said that even though our check out time was at 11 we could still use the pool, nobody wants use the pool when they are unable to shower after. The communication was lacking at times and we wish there was more transparency from the host.

Aside from the parking (not the host’s fault at all ) the property was beautiful and me and the other guests enjoyed our stay in deep ellum
