The living room features chic décor, a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Sliding windows open to a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax outdoors, with gorgeous Canal views.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for four, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends.
The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and is elegantly decorated. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
Both, the powder bathroom and the en-suite bathroom have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest metro station, Dubai Mall Metro station, is just a 10 minute drive.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
