10/10 Very nice area with good food and atmosphere. The property was kitted out nicely and had all things necessary to accommodate our stay.

The hook for the handheld shower was coming off the wall. The water in the toilet was constantly draining water. The washing machine was extremely difficult to start. No dishwasher soap. The key was difficult to get into the unit. No terrace, just a small area with no view that fit two chairs and a small table. If you want international guests then maybe type instructions in english under the italian note for the toilet. That i later translated... no paper products in toilet. Mondello in general was very dirty. Broken glass around the piers. The sandy beach littered with cigarette butts, bottle caps and garbage. The water and temperature was beautiful. There are lots of restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby.

+ Großes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Waschmaschine + Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin + Gute Lage, in der Nähe des Strandes und direkt an einer kleinen Piazza mit Restaurants, Bars und kleiner Supermarkt und Kiosk - Schränke etwas veraltet und leicht muffiger Geruch. - Bad hätte etwas sauberer sein können; zudem einige Male unangenehmer Geruch (unklar wo es herkam), Halterung der Duschbrause locker, Wasserkasten der Toilette undicht, sodass oft Wasser in die Toilette lief, was in der Nacht recht laut war (konnte mit einem kleinen Schlag an den Wasserkasten angehalten werden). - kein eigener Parkplatz; zudem sind die Parkplätze an der Straße kostenpflichtig - Die Wohnküche hat keine Fenster und ist damit etwas dunkel. Dort befindet sich direkt die Eingangstür, daher gibt es auch keinen Flur. In der Tür gab es zwar kleine Fensterluken, die aber umständlich zu öffnen waren. - Die genannte Terrasse kann nicht wirklich als Terrasse bezeichnet werden, da sie sehr klein ist. Sie befindet sich im Innenhof und ist von hohen Mauern umgeben, sodass man nichts sieht. Zudem ist dort das Außengerät der Klimaanlage, die Gastherme und der Wäscheständer unterbracht.
