**THE POOL HEATER IS NOT TURNED ON FOR LESS THAN 3 NIGHT STAYS.** Please advise if you want pool heater turned on as it takes 36 hours to fully work. (In good weather guests find that you do not need the pool heat pump on as the pool area is protected from the winds of Punta Colorada, creating a very pleasant micro climate).

ELECTRICITY: As customary in Uruguay, for stays 3+ nights, UTE meter will be noted and electricity used/billed must be reimbursed. This allows guests to use or not use ACs, pool heater, etc at their discretion.
