Take the stairs up to the second level and into the spacious loft. Here you will also find a second living space with luxe sofas that surround the big screen TV – an ideal hangout area for teens and kids giving the adults a chance to unwind downstairs.

Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management).

Guest Access:

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.



You also have access to the resort amenities during your stay. Please contact the resort concierge for further details.



Other Things to Note:

All guests over 18 years old are required to register in the gate system.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.



Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, the other facing the garage. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.

✨Pool heat ($35+tax a day)



Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

Please send your pool request 2 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.





✨Grill Rental

4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

You are welcome to exchange the propane tank for a new one once it runs out.



✨Check-in & check-out

Our regular check-in and check-out times are 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please feel free to let me know in advance. I’ll be happy to check the availability closer to your arrival date and confirm it with you. Welcome to communicate anytime!



✨Amenities at the property

• Linens and bathroom towels

- We provide bath towels for each guest staying at the house, as well as extra hand towels and washcloths in every bathroom. We also prepare a small number of pool towels, but I would recommend bringing your own pool towels if possible.

• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
