The studio is located in a detached house and is furnished in the typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Dramalj. The studio is located on a 200 sqm garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.

Omorika Beach is 1 km from the apartment, while Trsat Castle is 29 km away. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, 18 km away. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
