===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
A recently fully renovated apartment (October, 2023) located in the very popular neighborhood Nyboder. It is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This is part of central Copenhagen and it only takes 7-8 minutes to walk downtown. You are close to the old defense works known as Kastellet, which are open to the public as well as to water. This is a great area for a morning jog.

You are close to shoping, cafés and supermarkets.

The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of:
Combined living room / dining room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen, combined toilet / bathroom with shower.

The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, TV with Chromecast, washing machine.

The apartment is on the ground floor and there are shades over doors with windows so you cannot look straight into the bedrooms.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Excellent location. Bathroom extremely small. Kitchen not well appointed - no sink plug to wash up. Most windows unable to be opened. Only given one set of keys when told another set would be available. No blockout blind in bedroom and very bright street light shining in.

A lovely place to stay in Copenhagen, with church bells to listen to and close proximity to popular bars and cafe. With a close walk to city centre, parks and sights. Despite a significant cleaning fee, a reasonably clean apartment, would have expected cleaner for the high price. Great communication with venue, despite airline delays - appreciate the flexibility & communication! TOP location.

Great apartment!

This was a wonderful apartment near cute bakeries/ coffee shops and good restaurants. It fit our family of four ( two teenagers ) very well and we can’t wait to come back and visit Copenhagen again.

Great central location!

This was a wonderful place to stay with a small family! My kids enjoyed having their own separate beds, and it made our trip so much easier to have a little kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment is located in beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to city highlights, parks, metro, and train. It was perfect for two unrelated travelers, as we had separate bedrooms, a comfortable living/dining area, adequate kitchen and bathroom.

Great location

We had a great stay at this flat. We were met at the door by an employee who let us into the apartment and gave us keys. There’s a folder with house information and everything you need to know. It was very clean, in a great neighborhood and easy to access most things on foot, or just a short walk to the metro.

A nicely renovated apartment in a historic building. The quaint neighborhood is filled with interesting furniture and design stores, and coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance to two Metro stops, which is convenient, and nearby parks. One thing to note: The two bedrooms have a glass door between them, and the main bedroom has double glass doors leading to the living room. This makes them feel a bit less private, thought the doors do have curtains. Also, there's no dishwasher or microwave in the kitchen.

Wonderful apartment very close to center but in fun non-touristy neighborhood. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Very good price for Copenhagen!

Overall good appartment

Comfortable appartment with two bedrooms. Convenient, enough space, quiet neighbours, well equiped but no dishwasher. Supermarket, metro nearby. The apt was in general clean but the extractor hood (fan) in the kitchen was extremely dirty. Anyway we would rent this apt again for 3 - 4 people

Great Location, Negative Circumstantial Experience

The location is amazing and a short walk to really impressive restaurants. The check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive. There is a washing machine and drying rack on-site (need own detergent). The area is quiet and feels quite safe at night. The home was clean when we arrived. The one negative experience we had was we noted a few flying ants in the washroom when we first arrived. We disposed of them and thought perhaps they had entered through a window that had been left open. However, when we woke up in the morning, we also noticed 20+ crawling ants and more flying ants JUST in the washroom. On a positive note, we contacted the host and it was taken care of immediately (bug spray, filled the ant entry point?), so there was only one flying ant when we woke up the following morning. We felt that they already knew of the ant issue, as the washroom already had an ant trap near the entry point when we first arrived. Our question is why they didn’t eradicate the issue before more guests arrived given cleaning fees are nearly 200 euros. Please note they expect you to strip the linens, complete the dishes, take out the garbage/sort the recycling, and pile the dirty towels. We didn’t mind doing it, but the cleaning fees seem a bit high given we are expected to do some of the work. Otherwise, we would have thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay as there were no other significant issues. We don’t have any negative feelings towards the place as the issue was resolved.

Schöne Wohnung, leider in einem verwahrlosten Haus

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal um Kopenhagen zu Fuss zu erkunden Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmässig. Leider war der Hof (angeblich nutzbar) total vermüllt. Auch der Eingangsbereich war schmutzig. Bei den hohen Reinigungsgebühren (180€) kann man mehr erwarten. Völlig daneben war der Hinweis, die Betten bei Abreise abzuziehen zumal dann die verdreckten Matratzen zum Vorschein kamen

While the location was fabulous the overall presentation of the property could be significant improved. For example, the shared entry hasn’t been swept in years & discarded items left laying around don’t give your guests a great first impression. As we were a family I cooked a meal the first night only to discover there was no ventilation as the exhaust fan was not working & no plug for the kitchen sink made washing dishes thoroughly, a challenge. The kitchen cupboards needed cleaning as did some of the wine glasses & equipment. The bathroom tiles in the shower recess really needs a scrub to remove mould & proper ventilation needs to be provided. The rubbish accumulated outside the kitchen window is not attractive to look at . It really needs to be cleared. Hope this feedback is helpful.

Nice Ground floor apartment in wonderful neighborhood.

Check in was the timely, required person to meet us there. Easily arranged prior using a flight information. Apartment is two bedroom, spacious generally. Minimal day-to-day items available except for standard dishware. There are many small grocery stores within a couple of blocks. One block away is a very active street corner with several busy restaurants, small dive bar (smoking inside) and a really nice pastry shop. Short two blocks to the metro. Neighborhood is very clean, safe and not particularly touristy on the block or two surrounding the apartment.

Wonderful neighbourhood location, and beautiful apartment

It was all beautifully clean, light and smartly decorated/furnished. Everything we needed was there and there were super-comfy beds and linen! We loved the bakery/coffee shop nearly opposite and could walk all over the city from here. The neighbourhood was quiet and characterful. We were unlucky with extremely antisocial partying neighbours above us till 3:30am on the Saturday night but everything else was perfect. Thank you for the friendly welcome too!
