Private: property 3'800 m2, lawn and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (86 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 10 km.
