The detached holiday home is furnished in the typical regional style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 25 sqm and with dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 5 sqm and with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler.
