Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen and dining area is designed for easy group gatherings. The large island provides bar seating for 3, while the adjacent dining table accommodates 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with both a K-cup and a drip coffee maker, along with a toaster oven and full-sized appliances. The open layout ensures everyone can stay connected between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.

Living Room
The living room features an open layout with comfortable plush seating and a large flat-screen TV situated above the fireplace. Wide sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and lead directly to the private lakefront balcony. It is the perfect spot to gather while enjoying the waterfront views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
**Fireplace is not for guest use.

Master
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and lake views! There is an attached bathroom with a large soaking tub, spacious closet, walk in shower, and a double vanity sink.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser and closet for clothing storage, and a flat screen TV. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features two twin-sized beds, closet, and a flat screen TV.

Outside
The private balcony offers stunning, unobstructed views of the lake and is the perfect place to watch the sunset. This covered outdoor space features comfortable lounge seating, a ceiling fan for a cool breeze, and a gas grill for your convenience.

Neighborhood Description
The Monarch Cove complex features 3 pools, two hot tubs, and a community dock. This complex is centrally located on Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, H-Toads, Backwater Jacks, Dock Knockers and so much more. There are also boat rentals nearby! EV charging is available just 5 minutes away at Dierbergs and Hy-Vee.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
