This beautiful holiday estate is in the heart of the Florentine hills. Located between Reggello and Figline Valdarno, these holiday accommodations are set within 300 hectares (over 740 acres) of land consisting mostly of woods and farmland.

The estate has various buildings comprising holiday flats scattered on the property. A large common pool area features two swimming pools (open from May to the middle of Oct, 16x8 m, 140 cm deep, with salt-water and 12x6 m, 60 cm deep) surrounded by deck chairs, sunbeds, garden parasols, and a small children’s area with sandbox and swing.

On top of one of the knolls, enjoying the view over the Tuscan hills, are 2 buildings, one hosting 4 self-catering flats, each with private entrance and outdoor space, and the other an independent accommodation. In the other direction there is an independent house with private garden and hot tub and another building with apartments. The flats are located at 150 m from the swimming pool area. All flats have a common laundry room and a large barbecue to share.

The estate is just 2 km from the nearest restaurant and 4 km from the nearest village (Incisa Val Arno) where you will find food shops.
