Accommodations range from studios to spacious four-bedroom villas, which feature full kitchens, and patios or balconies. Guests can enjoy seven outdoor heated pools, whirlpool spas, a marina and dock, and Serenity Spa. Over 20,000 square feet (1,858 square meters) of new, flexible meeting space is available. On-site dining options include Drafts Sports Bar & Grill, Cordovano Joe's Authentic New York Style Pizza, and a marketplace.

Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site).
