Dissapointed
The property is large and suitable for large families with an additional separate space if sharing with 2 families. It's a nice property with a pool and outside space. We emailed before booking asking if the pool was heated and advised it was. It isn't!So travelling with small children looking forward to using the pool in March unfortunately it was too cold. Defeated the object really.The bbq area was quite dirty so had to clean this before using it. We where told if we used it we would have to pay an additional 20 euros ontop of the 160 euros cleaning bill that we had to pay cash at the property on arrival.The property itself was not particularly clean. Rubbish under the couch, showers have grime on them too.We where also charged a compulsory fee of 15 euros for bedding and towels.The quilts where thin, old and need replacing. The pillows too, with brocken zips and single quilt covers had been put on the pillows!.2 single quilts on the double beds which I thought a bit odd.1 towel and 2 hand towels per person for a week.I messaged Jenny on the first night to ask for some bedding as the thin covers where not enough and it was freezing. We also asked for some extra towels.Jenny answered and said there wasn't any extra bedding towels sheets or pillows and if the towels got dirty, wash them. I replied to ask what do we do in the meantime whilst waiting for them to dry (weather was raining by the way) She didn't reply and blocked me.On leaving I mentioned it agai
