気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
I’m not quite sure where to begin. I will start with the only pro. The balcony with the view is accurate and very nice. The cons that make this a one star and somewhere I would never recommend: The location is too central and was too loud and bright to sleep. The apartment comes up if you include air conditioning in your search however there is only AC in the kitchen and not in the bedrooms which makes it necessary ti sleep with doors and windows opens. 2 of 3 fans they provided did not work, we had to buy another. The gas was off on the stove when we arrived and to reach out to figure out where to turn it on. The stairway smells like feces. The sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain properly. They did not leave soap for the bathroom sink and left a drop of dish soap in the kitchen. They gave one roll of toilet paper. The lights on the second floor hallway did not work. The moka coffee pot was disgustingly dirty. None of the pots had covers, and all of the pans are comically warped. The “courtyard” is a dump and not somewhere you would want to spend anytime (included a photo). And they make you pay for towels. Santa Teresa is beautiful, but find somewhere else to stay.
