The space:
Master Bedroom - large bedroom, memory foam king bed with attached 1/2 bath. Has a large dresser, closet and night stands on both sides of the bed and a 55-in Smart TV with Roku.
Bedroom 2 - memory foam queen bed with night stands on both sides, dresser, closet.
Bedroom 3 - Double bunk bed, twin on top of full; closet and dresser.
Bathroom 1 - 1/2 bath attached to the Master Bedroom .
Bathroom 2 - full bath, located in the hallway.
Living Area - has 2 couches, a 65-inch Smart TV with Roku stick and a desk with chair and monitor.
Kitchen - well-stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 4. Full-size refrigerator, microwave and stove.
The neighborhood:
The house boarders a commercial zone and there are some 1-story warehouse buildings and a performing arts theater to the north (front side of the house) several hundred feet away which are not open on the weekends. There is more open space than buildings. On the other sides, there are 1 and 2-story apartments shielded by vegetation on the fence lines on the west side of the house and behind it. It's not an upscale neighborhood but we have owned and rented the property since 2013 and have not had any issues. If you are looking for a more upscale area, there might be better choices in other areas of Columbia.
