Fantastic villa by the lake

As a family, we’ve traveled extensively and have often stayed in vacation rentals. Based on that experience, we’ve tried to equip the villa with everything we would have liked to find at our vacation destination.

In addition to the essentials—such as bed linens, towels (including sauna towels), and a fully equipped kitchen—the following amenities are also available:

- Large kitchen for cooking together
- Outdoor terrace with seating and a lake view
- Rooftop terrace with lake view in the master bedroom
- Pool table
- PlayStation
- Outdoor sauna
- Outdoor gym (~50 m²) with fitness equipment, table tennis table, etc., also suitable for small sports groups (dance, Zumba)
- Large garden
- Pond for fishing or boating for children
- Private dock on the lake with boat mooring
- Stand-up paddleboards (2 boards, one convertible into a kayak)
- Bicycles (9 in various sizes, including children’s bikes) for recreational use

All equipment is available free of charge for shared use by guests of the villa and the apartment. The wide range of options ensures that there’s something for everyone, no matter the weather.
