Beautiful stone holiday house for 6 persons. It is located in Malinska on the island of Krk. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room, a kitchen and a toilet for guests. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor of the house. Guests have at their disposal a private pool, barbecue and table tennis. The proximity to the sea, restaurants and shops makes this house ideal for your vacation with friends or family.

High-end vacation!

The best possible place to relax and unwind. An immaculately clean, fully equipped house with a charming garden. The pool is a source of endless pleasure for children. Adults can comfortably read, sunbathe, there is always shade in the garden. The kitchen and barbecue are fully equipped, the bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The place is easily accessible, yet in a secluded location surrounded by peace and quiet. The sea the restaurants the shops are max 10 min walk. The welcome was very kind and generous. Thank you for everything. We hope to be back as soon as possible.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Villa Gitta auf Krk und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Villa liegt wunderschön und vor allem sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig aber dennoch nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum von Malinska entfernt. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist einfach und kurz, sodass Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem erreichbar sind. Mehrere Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe und sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hervorragende Ausstattung des Hauses. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine eigene Klimaanlage sowie einen eigenen Fernseher. Zudem waren ausreichend Kissen und Decken vorhanden, was für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgte. Die Badezimmer waren äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher und Badetücher standen in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung, und sogar kostenlose Drogerieartikel wurden bereitgestellt – ein toller Service, der nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch die Küche ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Von der Filterkaffeemaschine über den Sandwichmaker bis hin zu sämtlichen Küchenutensilien, Schüsseln, Töpfen und Pfannen war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der großzügige Meerwasserpool, der perfekt gepflegt war und keine Wünsche offenließ. Das Sonnendeck mit den bequemen Liegen lud zum Entspannen ein und machte das Urlaubsgefühl perfekt. Auch der Gasgrill funktionierte einwandfrei und ermöglichte gemütliche Grillabende. Kurz gesagt: Die Villa Gitta war für unseren Urlaub einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es gab wirklich absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Das Haus und die Lage waren wirklich ein Traum. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wenn es mal eine Frage gab wurde sie direkt vom Gastgeber beantwortet. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne.

die Vila lässt keine Wünsche offen !

die Villa Gita liegt ca. 5 Autominuten zum Strand; vom beheizten (26 Grad) Pool bis zum Grill und Liegen ist alles vorhanden;
