Beautiful Grindewald

Our apartment was lovely only down side was noisy road ,also could do with a microwave otherwise it was lovely and clean ,great shower Also very cool inside which was very welcome during very hot temperatures ,also WiFi was on and off.

Verblijf Schwendihaus

Ik heb 4 nachten in 1 van de studio's geslapen. Prima accomodatie, sanitair is goed verzorgd, keukentje voorzien van klein kooktoestel, geen oven (dat vond ik wel jammer). Ligt maar een paar minuten lopen van treinstation Schwendi, super handig. Voor een paar dagen als uitvalsbasis een prima plek om te verblijven.

Het is een leuk appartement, aleen niet zo groot. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er echter. Ook ideaal dat het zo dicht bij een treinstation ligt!

Ausblick auf den Eiger

Das Chalet bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf den Eiger-Berg. Es liegt an derbHauotstrasse, was bei Buchung bekannt war, dennoch machte es das Sitzen draußen ein bisschen ungemütlich. Kurzer Fußweg zur Schwendi-Station, um mit der Tram nach Grindelwald-City zu fahren. Von Interhome gab es ein kostenloses Ticket für den gesamten Aufenthalt.

Had a great and affordable stay. The apartment is on a busy road but I didn't mind it. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Pillows felt weirdly non-existent though. When trying to ask a question on arrival, I called and spoke to a lady in reception who could not seem to communicate in a professional manner (which is something I strongly value when communicating with anyone). I don't know how to explain, she was rude and unpleasurable to speak to and in the end I didn't even get resolution to my question and had to guess my way. Once I arrived at the reception, I spoke to another lady who was super nice and helpful. Upon checkout I overheard her actually yelling at a couple who were having a hard time checking out as you need to on a Wedenday on your own as they're office is closed. This really left a bad taste in my mouth and If I ever came back to Grindelwald, I would not choose to stay here again.
