Experience the gold standard of coastal living in this luxury beachfront condo, located in the prestigious Phase II of Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort. Designed for families and groups who appreciate comfort and convenience, this welcoming retreat sits just steps away from the beach and world-class pool areas.

Our condo features a beautiful, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with panoramic views of the resort pools and the Sea of Cortez—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare great meals without missing a single sunset.

When it’s time to unwind, the space comfortably accommodates your group with two spacious bedrooms featuring premium King beds, complemented by a cozy Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Guests will enjoy two full bathrooms, including a master bath with a separate shower and soaking tub, complete with fresh linens and hair dryers.

We take tremendous pride in keeping our condos immaculate for our family and our guests. While this specific unit is a fresh new listing, we have been trusted Las Palomas hosts for over 8 years. This place was absolutely beautiful. Amazing getaway with amenities of home. You can tell the owners actually stay there because they have the place stocked with everything needed to cook for yourself and stay entertained. I have stayed at this resort over a dozen times and this was in the top 3 of rooms we have stayed in. Also the casa go check-in is much better than checking in at the resort. Another big advantage is the numerous TV channels in English which you dont normally get in Rocky Point, for those times when you are sun burnt and need a break from the sun. Conflicted about leaving a 5 star review because I selfishly would love this place to stay low key and under the radar. But seriously guys you will be 100% satisfied.

This proactive care keeps the entire resort in pristine condition year-round. In fact, after owning here for over 8 years, we can confidently say the resort is even more beautiful, vibrant, and well-maintained today than it was when we first purchased!

We loved the location of this condo so much that we sold a 2-bedroom property in Cabrillo just to buy it! Being closer to the beach and pool areas changes the whole vacation experience. We absolutely love the open-concept layout, but the real star of the show is the wall of unobstructed panoramic windows. Whether you're cooking in the kitchen, eating at the table, or lounging in front of the TV, you have a front-row seat to spectacular, non-stop views of the Sea of Cortez!
