We originally purchased this property so that we could enjoy the beautiful PA landscape alongside our own furry friends, and now we are thrilled to share this special space with fellow travelers, outdoor enthusiasts, and families visiting the region.

Whether you are heading to Happy Valley for a Penn State game, looking to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Black Moshannon State Park, or exploring the historic charm of Philipsburg, The Perch places you right at the center of it all.

While we live in Michigan, your stay is fully supported by our wonderful local family members who oversee the property. Because they live right in the area, they are able to personally ensure the home is perfectly prepared for your arrival and are available to take care of any needs that may arise during your stay. While our main goal in buying a house in the area was to stay close to our local family, we chose this exact location in Philipsburg for its effortless access to the local trail systems.

Whenever we visit from Michigan, our absolute favorite pastime is spending hours out on the paths on our side-by-side (SxS). We wanted a spot where we could head straight out to the trails without any hassle, and that is exactly what this home offers. Now, we are thrilled to share this perfect rider’s setup with fellow outdoor enthusiasts, pet lovers, and families visiting the region.
