When you step foot inside this cozy abode, you will immediately be greeted by the rustic touches, mountain decor, and comfortable furnishings of the living room that will welcome you home after full days on the slopes. Thaw out frozen toes beside the fireplace and prepare a warm homecooked meal in the full kitchen boasting all of the main appliances and cookware you could need. Come summer, there will be no lack of adventures to embark on near home base, as ample hiking/biking trails are mere steps from your front door. Plus, you can get your fill of fresh air right at home base while sipping a favorite beverage on the private balcony. Great location for skiing and close access to everything. Only minor inconvenience is making sure you had the key to get into the garage/main building and the key was located in the top lockbox on the post, not the bottom. Other than that the location and amenities was perfect for my family of 4.

Lovely stay, confusing check in

It was the perfect spot for our family of 5 for our summer vacation to whitefish/glacier! Spacious, 10 minutes from downtown Whitefish, and clean. The check in was pretty confusing was the only issue

Clean and comfortable

The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great amount of space. Loved the heated ski locker. I don’t know that the description of ski in/ski out is exactly accurate. We had to walk down the street and across and down a little more to get to the point where we could put on skis.

Key missing

The key was not in the lock box and cell reception was bad. We had to drive around to make a call. It took 2 call and an one and a half to get the back up key. Other then that our staff was great the house was everything g we needed it to be.

Nice condo

Refer to the other reviews for the check-in issues .. no difference with us, keys were not in the lockbox, but a very responsive customer service was able to get us a another set. Still caused unnecessary anxiety after a long road trip. Overall, it was a very nice condo, I would likely stay here again. The only downsides were specifically being told the pool was not an amenity but it being accessible on the same floor, and pictures of the condo included a pool giving you the impression that you have access. Try telling four small kids on vacation that we don't have a pool. I don't know why they don't allow access to the pool, that seems silly. It slept nicely, the king bed is a bit bouncy. There is no way to darken the room with white curtains. I love a sunrise as much as the next person, but on vacation I'd like to sleep in rather than get up with the sun.

Don't know if it was worth the hassle.

After a tiring, 10+ hours of travel, we went to the lockbox for the key. The box was empty. We called the phone number in the check-in instructions and went to the existing reservations branch. We were on hold for so long our phone disconnected. This occurred twice. We then tried the text line. No response. We called a third time and went to the “new reservation” branch. The phone was answered promptly. (Priorities, I guess.) The representative connected us with the local manager. He had us use a different lockbox and code. A key was present. We returned to the condo building. The unit number in our instructions was not on any door in the building. We again spoke to the local rep and he told us where the unit was located. It had a different number than the number given. Wouldn't that info be nice to have in the instructions? After approx. an hour delay, we were finally able to move in. BTW, the text was answered 2 hours later. The condo itself was older but very nice. Furnishings were up to date and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Condiments are sparse. The front right heating element on the stove only cooks on high. We did enjoy our stay at this condo aside from the very unnecessary check-in hassle. Management is poor. We will return to Whitefish but seek different lodging.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and there was an 18 hour delay in getting support from the management company. The upstairs was clean but the downstairs was filthy with dust. We were the only people in the building and the garbage bins were not were they were supposed to be. There weren’t any at all. The upstairs was nice and as pictured. I would not stay here again due to the lack of support and the thick dust and do not recommend.

Check in

The instructions say take first left after the ski bridge and then find a mailbox area and key will be there in a lock box. Actually the first left goes up the mountain. The second left will take you into a parking lot and 100 yds back is the postal box area. The key box is attached to one of the wooden posts that is the roof structure to the postal boxes. It is about eye level and white. The condo is just up the road from here. When you arrive use the key to let yourself into the garage. Cross the garage and go up the stairs. The listing says unit 201 but on the door it says Sherpa 1. It is on the second floor. Let yourself in and get the garage door opener, go back downstairs and let yourself into the garage. The parking is very tight with poles only a car will fit. No suvs. I hope This helps especially if you are arriving late at night like I did.

Nw Cup

We were there for 4 days for the NW Bike Cup, the boys really enjoyed how close the lifts were and so easy to get to. Being able to shower after dusty rides and relax on the deck was their go to. A locked garage for the safety of their bikes was a huge relief. Plenty of room, clean, everything provided all we needed was the food! I would highly recommend this stay.
