Directly bordering on dune area the Zeepeduinen, located on small private villapark Burghduin, you’ll find this atmospheric farmhouse. The location, the privacy and the nature-based look of the accommodation, make this spot unique. When staying in Burghduin 16, you can endlessly enjoy the peace and the spaciousness of nature. Yet, also active people can fully enjoy themselves.

The villa has a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer as well as sufficient storage space.

From the living room you step through the patio doors onto the large, covered and sheltered sun terrace. The glass walls between the terrace and the garden can be moved. This causes the garden and terrace to merge. The sides stay closed, so you can sit comfortably out of the wind. Thanks to the electric awnings you can keep the sunrays outside the house. Atmospheric lighting provides a relaxing lounge feeling in the evenings.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the bathroom and a separate toilet.

The fully enclosed garden - ideal for a holiday with a dog - is located on the southwest. The icing on the cake is a traditional, free-standing Finnish sauna in the garden! You can book this sauna for a surcharge when booking.

There is one parking spot at the house.
