Located just off the Sundance trail, this Fall Line condo offers all you need for a great getaway at Sunday River! With a wraparound couch, two TVs, and WiFi, you'll have no trouble relaxing after a great day on the slopes! The upstairs bedroom loft offers additional privacy with a convenient pocket door. This condo conveniently includes an updated full kitchen to cook up some fuel for the next day! In addition, the complex hosts an indoor community hot tub and swimming pool, as well as a dry sauna and a shared lounge.

For visiting skiers, there's no better location for your next ski-cation! The ski-in/ski-out access to Sunday River Resort is unbeatable and gets you to the top of the mountain with ease so you can tear up the powder. When the weather warms up, the resort hosts a golf course for you to enjoy while the mountain transforms into a fun-filled retreat with hiking, ziplining, and much more. And just blocks away from this rental, you will also find some great restaurants to get you energized for all your adventures.

Great trip!

Great location, easy check in and check out!! Only issue was a tv didn’t work in bedroom, but only bothered my husband;)

Nice weekend getaway

Very conveniently located with ski in/ ski out access. The place was nice but had a bit of a scent upon arrival which needed to be aired out. Otherwise worked out very well.

Great condo, but not ideal for young children

The condo was very nice. It has some nice updates compared with many of the Fall Line units. The stairs are wide open on the side which was tough having a 3yo and a 10 month old with us. The bar rather than a table was also tough with the littles. Otherwise, the place is very nice and fall line is in a great spot on the mountain. Our biggest complaint was the Vacasa 10am checkout policy. With young kids, I would have had to start packing on Saturday to be out by 10am on Sunday. Most places we’ve rented are 11:00 or 12:00 and can accommodate people who request later checkout.

Due to COVID19, we have had to change checkout and check-in times to give the housekeeping staff enough time to do a thorough clean and give the home some rest time between guests. Perfect for two people more would be a little cramped. Couldn't find lock box for ski locker key we kept our skis in the car which wasn't a big deal. Bring lots of quarters for washer and dryer we didn't so couldn't use them.

The location was good for ski in ski out. It smelled like cigarettes when we first got there which I do not like at all. There were no curtains on the windows which we would have liked. It was clean and had everything we needed and the location was good.

Great small space for family skiing

We loved the location and layout. We were a bit worried about 6 beds in one bedroom but it was actually large enough to feel great. The kitchen/living room were a GREAT use of space. And the unit was in the wing closest to the ski entrance. This unit is right off the beginner slope with the magic carpets, making it excellent ski in/out for all ages. We hope to be back!

Excellent location

Very clean, updated. Pool and shared amenities closed during Covid. No complaints. Would definitely stay again at this place.

Perfect ski vacation

This was a fantastic location for our family of six. The ski in ski out could not have been better. The only detail I was not expecting was that skis need to be stored in your car at night. The parking lot was very close end it was not inconvenient, it just was not expected. There was a small locker to store boots in, not the skis. We would definitely go back. The condo is clean and simply decorated. It didn’t have a lot but it had everything we needed. We loved using the sauna at the end of the day.
