Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo with Fireplace, Fast WiFi, Washer/Dryer & Seasonal Pool

You'll be a mere 50 feet from the beginner-level Out to Lunch ski trail at this ski-in/ski-out condo on the slopes of Sugarbush Resort. Not only is this a wonderful home base for skiers and winter sports enthusiasts, it's a marvelous escape for golfers and hikers in summer and foliage seekers come fall.

This condo is located on the ground floor of a newly remodeled building, where you'll find a seasonal outdoor swimming pool waiting right out back. You can ski home on winter afternoons to find comfortable features at every turn, from a private washer/dryer for your snowy socks to a gas-powered fireplace with a flatscreen TV mounted up above. The full kitchen offers polished stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher), a prep island with bar seats for two, and a charming breakfast nook.

On summer evenings, you can bring a cup of coffee outside to the small patio; in winter, your nights are best spent streaming movies as the snow piles up outside. Additional amenities include a second TV in the bedroom, high-speed WiFi, and a ski locker near the building entrance.

Things to Know
Free high-speed WiFi

Please note that the community pool is available in summer only
*Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center (SHaRC) is located 0.3 miles from the condo. It's owned by the resort and available to all guests. Day use fees apply, but the facilities are extensive. It is open year-round and includes entertaining activities and amenities, from indoor pools and hot tubs to yoga and other fitness programs, a weight room, a sauna, and much more. Great place to stay. We went with our 2 kids and had a sleep over in the one bedroom. Easy ski on/ski off from the top of the parking lot

The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. The owner needs to remove the paint and other items stored in the one closet in the bedroom so that it is truly usable by the guests.

My husband and teenage son stayed in the property because they were racing at sugarbush. They said it was a great place.

Great Place

We enjoyed the place but the address is listed incorrectly both online and in the texts we received and when we called the agent didn’t help and just rushed us off the phone. We ended up just trying a few doors and eventually found it. Was very stressful. The place is lovely though!

Great condo

Incredibly well stocked, lots of beds for a 1 BR. Unit was clean. Not sure how old the building is, but this unit has almost brand new kitchen and bath. Parking and ski locker right out front were very convenient. A tad far from lifts to really ski in- ski out, but would have been better for us if we had more snow. This is the only reason I did not give 5th star. I would definitely come back.
