It sleeps 1–6 people and features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
A baby crib can be set up in the living room or in the master bedroom.
We can provide this free of charge along with a high chair. Please feel free to contact us about this after booking.

A large kitchen, with a dining table for 6 people, offers everything you need for cooking. It is fully equipped.

The living room features a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, as well as a comfortable armchair. A TV and plenty of games and toys provide entertainment.

A vacation on the North Sea—with the whole family and your dog. As a couple or with a group of friends.

The property consists of 2 houses with 3 residential units. They were completely renovated and refurnished in 2020.

The house and the apartments can be rented separately or together, allowing for a total occupancy of up to 14 people. All units are listed here on Fewo. These are the Seewind vacation home, the Meermuschel vacation apartment, and the Nordmöwe vacation apartment.

The 700 m² property features two lovingly and recently renovated vacation homes that can be used and rented either separately or together. This makes it possible to travel with a group of up to 14 people or as few as 2. They are divided into 3 living units, arranged as follows:

The rear house is our “Seewind” vacation home: for 1–6 people

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

The front house is divided into two apartments

The lower apartment is our “Meermuschel” vacation rental: for 1–4 people

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

The upper apartment is called the “Nordmöve” vacation rental: for 1–4 people

1 bedroom, + sleeping space in the living room, 1 bathroom

The houses are not far from the dike (about 800m) and the North Sea lagoon, which offers great beach fun during the summer months. The vacation town of Burhave is small but still has a lot to offer. In addition to the North Sea lagoon, there’s a swimming beach with green space and colorful beach chairs, as well as a dog beach with dog showers. There are also numerous bike paths, an indoor pool, bakeries, delicious restaurants and cafés, and, of course, shopping options.

For kids of all ages, there’s the Spielscheune, located just a few minutes’ walk from our vacation homes.

A bike rental shop, restaurants, Mama’s Allee Café, and a bus stop are also right outside the door.

Not far away is the El Mundo water park—Center Park—and Bremerhaven has plenty more to offer besides the Klimahaus. Even the ferry ride alone is an experience.

Each unit has its own garden with a grill, its own parking space, and a key to the garage, where you can safely store your own bicycles or toys. The garage also houses the laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer, which can be used by all guests.

The Seewind vacation home and the Meermuschel vacation apartment have a sandbox in the garden.

The patios of these two units are lit and have a canopy, so you can be outside even in bad weather without getting wet.

Pets are also welcome by arrangement. If you’d like to bring more than one pet, we charge €40 per pet. Please specify the number of pets in your booking request. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per unit.

Towels and bed linens are included in the price.

However, the municipality of Butjadigen charges a tourist tax, which we collect and forward directly. You will receive a separate invoice for this if you do not book directly through us.
