There is no better place to experience the best of Steamboat Springs than this stunning, ski-in/ski-out condo perfect for your next family vacation! The rustic, mountain-inspired decor and cozy fireplace add to the cabin-like feel of this dwelling, while the modern appliances and full kitchen will provide you will all the comforts of home. Step outside to the private balcony each morning to start the day with some fresh air and plan out the adventures ahead. When everyone has had their fill of fresh powder or a day of hiking along local trails, play a movie on the flatscreen TV or gather for a board game to settle down and reminisce with loved ones.

The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Amazing Views & Location

The ski in/out location was incredible. Great locker access & location. Not only close to the slopes, but all of the restaurants and bars at the base. Only downsides were the temp, it was hot so we opened doors, windows & run fans, had to close early morning due to noise at the base which is typical with a base front condo. The condo was the largest we've ever stayed, very clean and every amenity you could think of! We would stay again and recommend to others.

The stay it self was great, the property location for skiing was absolutely perfect ski in ski out. Unfortunately we did experience a bit of a water leak but maintenance got on it quickly and fixed it without disrupting our ski days.

Very good location. There were several pans and dishes that were dirty and needed to be cleaned before use, but other than that the place was clean. Would recommend moving the queen bed into the two single room though. There seemed to be more room in the twin room and the closet in the clean is much smaller. Would be better for kids that way. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Great location

Great location, easy to get in and out of to the mountain. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Beds were great, views up-mtn. were also. Loved having a library & games. Might want some poker chips as it was a guys weekend. Could have used more utensils (tongs, only 1 plastic spatula for non-stick pan) for cooking, some baggies or tupperware & aluminum foil, and only spices provided were salt & pepper.

We will bring your feedback to the local staff's attention about the kitchen utensils. We also want to make it known that a starter supply of items are supplied in our homes such as garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. If there are items the guest may need or want such as aluminum foil, ziplock bags, spices, cooking oil, etc. they will need to be provided by the guest. We look forward to hosting you again very soon.

Perfect family set up

Being able to walk out and ski and then ski home at the end of the day was perfect. Also, for Covid Times, it was great having a couple restaurants steps away to be able to pick up food when we didn't feel like cooking. Condo was super comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 5. We had an issue with the washing machine and the management took care of it promptly. All in all, I would return here in a heartbeat. Perfect set up for a ski trip (including having the ski lockers downstairs on the way out). We rented ski from Ski Butler and they delivered and picked up our skis down by the locker so we could get in an extra few runs during night skiing. Stay here--it is great!

Awesome Location and Responsive Staff

“Nice apartment and had all the basic amenities in there, including a pack'n'play and most kid stuff. A few minor things were needed but the Resort Lodging Company were really responsive. Awesome location with immediate access to the main mountain area, Gondola Square etc and nice pool and hot tubs. West facing apartment got a little warm but it was also probably the hottest week all summer in Steamboat when we were there.”
