After breakfast, you can explore the surroundings. One day you choose a beach day. Callantsoog is loved for its beautiful wide sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing or a romantic walk. On the way, stop for an ice cream or lunch at one of the many beach bars. A number of beach pavilions are open all year round, so you can get a breath of fresh air on the beach even in autumn or the winter season, before warming up with a hot chocolate. The other day, you opt for a walking or cycling trip through the countryside, where farmlands and bulb fields alternate. Also be sure to visit the Zwanenwater, where you can spot many special birds. For a day out, Alkmaar is definitely worth a visit. The historic market square is the place to enjoy Dutch cheese with a good smooth beer.
But you can also walk into the always lively village centre of Callantsoog. There is a wide choice of good restaurants. And it is great browsing in the various shops and boutiques. The supermarket is open 7 days a week and is less than a 10-minute walk away
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
