Spoil yourself at this spacious ski-in/out mountain condo, perfect for a family or friends' adventure getaway! The entryway, complete with closets and floor space for snow gear you can't get into your first-floor ski locker, leads into the kitchen and dining area. The open floor plan allows guests relaxing in the living area to talk and laugh with those in the kitchen. This home has seats at the dining table with additional at the breakfast bar and has all the dishes and cutlery necessary for eating in. The kitchen's stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops provide a pleasant setting to create your favorite meals. Plus, your post-adventure relaxation will be aided by the warmth of a gas fireplace and the large, flat-screen TV. The balcony and the living room windows provide views of the ski area, the pool, and the plaza below. Find all the amenities you'll need in the comfort of your own space with the included washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi!

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Great Stay Slopeside in Steamboat

Clean, attractive and well-appointed condo right on the slopes, near restaurants and other activities including ice skating. Perfect for a family ski trip! Would definitely stay again!!

This is our third year at Torian Plum and it’s definitely my favorite condo. It has a perfect location and a huge balcony. You can tell the owners really care about this unit. I loved the kitchen (so organized) and the bathroom (such a fluffy rug). It also has a a huge trail map on the wall which is such a good idea. Thank you!

Great ski condo

The condo was very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. The location was very close to gondolas. We had a great stay and would definitely visit this property again.

This was a great condo for our family of 4; two nice bedrooms, really nice kitchen/living/dining room, comfy beds, etc. The view leaves something to be desired (it's on a low floor and looks out over the pool area), but that's a very minor issue. And we love the pool/hot tub facility at Torian Plum.

Condo was fantastic! Much bigger and nicer than the pictures portray. Could use more/bigger furniture for lounging (couch) but still great. We’ve been spoiled. Perfect location for ski-in and ski-out.

Awesome place!

This was an amazing property! Exactly as advertised, spotless and immaculately cleaned, well stocked, comfy beds and an amazing location! We had the best time and will stay here again and again. Highly recommended from start to finish!

Convenient to Slopes

Very nice condo for our family which includes 2 teenage boys. The Ski in and Ski out feature is wonderful as well with your own private ski locker. There is a view of the pool and hot tub with a very limited view of the slopes. Next door is Cafe Diva the #1 resturant in Steamboat Springs. You need 5-7 days to make a reservation for the resturant during peak season. The condo is quiet at night and has its own private foyer as well to insulate any noise. We are very likely to stay there next year as well!

We absolutely loved this clean, perfectly located condo. The amenities and condo layout was perfect for our family. I’m also very squeamish about the cleanliness of rental homes and this was so so nice. A great place to crash after so much skiing!

The location of this condo was ideal and the rooms were very clean & comfortable.

Our family really enjoyed staying in this ski side condo. The comfortable accommodations were excellent for our family of 5. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tubs & fitness room. The downtown Steamboat shuttle was also very convenient.
