Sitges, a dream experience
Our 9 day stay in Sitges was exceptional in large part due to Willi's wonderful home by the Port of Sitges. The location offers not only a fabulous sea view but a charming beach around the corner and wonderful restaurants just by the Port, along the promenade. The soothing, cool waters of the large pool was a great relief after a hot, bustling day in town. The apartment is extremely comfortable with AC, laundry and a fully equipped kitchen and 2 wonderful patios to rest, enjoy the view and eat on. The 2 bathrooms are very modern and lovely. There is a bus around the bend (L3) that goes into town every 30 minutes and it takes 15 minutes. It stops right in front of the train station from where it's only 30 min to Barcelona! To come home, the bus only takes 5 minutes, taking a shorter route. The location is quiet, beautiful and relaxing. We also met lovely neighbours in the complex. The caretaker of the property, Juan, is a kind and helpful man, always ready to be if assistance. My partner and I would highly recommend Willi's place and look forward to returning soon!!
