Located right off Pacific Avenue and adjacent to the beach, this home is less than a mile from the Cayucos Pier for casual fishing and the heart of downtown Cayucos for shops and local eateries aplenty. Or hop in the car and drive about 20 miles northeast to visit several well-known wineries offering tours and tasting rooms in the Templeton and Paso Robles areas.

Soak up some sun on the well-appointed back deck or just relax with a refreshing beverage and watch for passing whales and dolphins out in the water. Amazing house! Perfect location right on the beach and close to Cayucos. Our family had an amazing week here and we will definitely be back to this house! Side note, no beach chairs or beach toys at the house so bring your own! Thank you for a perfect beach week!!

This is a lovely, quaint property with a beautiful backyard view of the ocean. The first thing you see from the living room is the ocean and once you open the door, you hear it. It’s amazing. It is an older house (1930’s) with a lot of charm and has been kept up nicely. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms are upgraded and the kitchen has everything you will need for meals at home. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean in your backyard. We loved our stay there.

The beach view is the greatest. We weren't sure why the beautiful sliding glass doors don't have screens, because the weather was so nice, but can't open doors because of bugs getting in.

It is a beautiful place that provides a spectacular view of the ocean. The view of Morro Rock from the kitchen window even makes doing dishes fun.

Amazing Place

The views and the vibe were fantastic. It was a wonderful place for a family beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for making meals, including a gas grill for cooking outside. All the rooms were cozy and nice. Can't beat the view of the beach and Morro Rock.

Loved our time at this lovely beachside cottage. Beautiful setting. So relaxing to listen and watch the ocean. Our family made memories at the firepit. We can’t wait to come back.

Costal cottage

Floors are beautiful and easy to clean. Being close to town and right on the ocean make this place perfect. We will be back and rent this house again. Cayucos is the perfect town with the best beach on the Central Coast. Thanks for the clean and very nice house to rent
