The cabin in Durango was perfect in every aspect. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware, utensils and serving dishes one would need for any meal preparation. Snacks were even available which is unheard of!We took our dogs and the set up for them was thoughtful. There is even a fenced area for them to run and play without worry.There was a transition in management companies before our stay which led to a small amount of confusion, but with a phone call it was resolved quickly.Overall, the price value and consideration given to the guests are fantastic. In the words of my husband when we walked in the door, "WOW, you did good", says it all. We would definitely rent this property again!

This home was wonderful for us. I will definitely be booking again when we are back and forth in the area. There is a large loft upstairs with a bed and also a closed room with a queen bed downstairs. This made it easy for us traveling with an elderly parent. The house is very dog friendly with an enclosed yard. We really appreciated that we could use the bbq and leave the dogs in a separate area. The kitchen has everything you need including coffee.

This home was so pet-friendly and the owners have thought of everything to make it so. Food and water bowls, and poop bags were provided for us.

We never stepped foot into the property, but we were charged! When searching for a pet friendly home that would accept three pets, one being a service animal, this property surfaced per the VRBO prompts, so we rented the home and paid the fees. The property listed "pets" with no number. This was a last minute trip planned the day before departure. Upon receiving the receipt, we noticed that the contract mentioned 2 pet max., so I contacted the host (hoping we were actually speaking with the owner) immediately to inquire about the change in pet policy. We wanted to explain the situation and offer extra money for the additional pet if required. But apparently, this property is managed by Vacasa of Colorado and instead of Vacasa contacting the owner to discuss the situation, they held firm on the two pet policy and refused my refund request. As my family was already en route to our destination, we had to scramble to find new accommodations while driving. We could have easily been one of those customers that used the cabin anyway, but being honest and having integrity, we chose to find another rental which ended up being subpar at best. Our relaxing weekend away turned into a hellish nightmare.I'm writing this post with a negative review not because the home is a problem, I'm writing it because you do not want to rent ANY property managed by Vacasa of Colorado! If you have an issue, good luck resolving it. VRBO blames Vacasa, and Vacasa blames VRBO.
