Clip into your skis and enjoy fresh powder mere steps from your front door when you call this fully remodeled condo home for the duration of your stay in Steamboat Springs! Enjoy all of the comforts of home with western decor, a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops, and a dining area that seats up to six. The living room has leather furniture and a gas fireplace with stone surrounding giving it a warm and inviting feel. Grab a breath of fresh air on the balcony in the summer breeze with great views of the gondola and the mountains in the background. Plus, three flatscreen TVs, two DVD players with DVDs, USB outlets, games for all to enjoy, and await for endless entertainment and comfort.


Guests will be spoiled with a stay in Steamboat Springs with easy access to the slopes, unlimited hiking trails, and amazing restaurants mere steps from their front door. In the winter, let the free shuttle service whisk you around town to the main attractions. Come summer, the golfers of the group will love heading over to Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course for a round of 18 each morning. Hiking trails like Fish Creek Falls will give each guest their fill of natural beauty and the kids will have a blast at Old Town Hot Springs or Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park. Don't forget to check out Yampa River Botanic Park offering beautiful paths and concerts in the summer!

Great Steamboat Stay

Best place to stay in Steamboat Springs

We have been going to steamboat Springs since I was very young. Ski inn is one of our favorite condos in the entire state of Colorado. Older condo unit that is ideally situated right on the mountain. Easy access to Slopes.

Nice 2 bedroom condo. Ski in and ski out with adequate snow. You are walking some between the slopes and the condo. rooms very clean. Beds comfortable and linens clean. Bedrooms are spacious. bathrooms are small and hard to share with a partner. common space small but works. nice deck and view. Great for two couples who know each other well or a family of 4 with same sex children. we would stay here again without complaint. have experienced better values without other rentals in steamboat.

We would have liked to have had air conditioning during the hottest weekend in Steamboat. Sleeping was miserable.

Thank you for the feedback. We are delighted you had a nice stay in our home. We do take your concerns very seriously. Our summers are normally very pleasant and we do get a few or warm days over the summer in the valley. Luckily we have some very cool nights down in the low 50s and hopefully you were able to cool your bedroom down with some fresh mountain air. Come visit us again in the winter where you can snuggle up to the fire and enjoy our ski-in ski-out property. Hope to see you in a few months.

Family trip

This unit was very nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the availability of the free shuttle to use to get to the base. Nice view and great customer service checking in and with hot tub reservations. Upstairs unit was noisy but nothing against this owner, thin walls in the building. Would definitely return. Thanks!

Perfect Location

This condo had an incredible view, with the Gondola passing directly over the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as well as in the Living Room to enjoy the wonderful view of the slopes and Gondola. It was an end unit that was very close to the ski access trail. Very convenient. The unit was spacious, charming and cozy. It exceeded our expectations!

Ski Inn 323 was perfect for ours girls getaway. Cute condo, nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great location! Nice to have the shuttle available to take us everywhere. Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were great! Thanks!

worked well for 2 couples. the mattresses need an upgrade though. the ski out is more of a walk out and the ski in could be challenging if you are a beginner....otherwise you can walk in. great trip over all....love steamboat

4th Year coming back

Weather was perfect this year! As always, we really enjoy the condo. This year (4th) our 3 year old grandson came and loved the snow and all the games. We love Steamboat and the Ski Inn #323. We will be back Dec 2018! Wishing you a happy and healthy 2018!
