The sofa is a sleeper sofa that, when extended, provides a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m and accommodates a third person. The dining area with a corner bench is perfect for enjoying meals together. The semi-open, country-style kitchen is well-equipped. Built-in cabinets on this floor provide ample storage space.

From this room, you can access the furnished south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun almost all day long.
