Updated ski-in condo with hot tubs, fireplace, gym & views

Your family and friends will get their fill of Colorado sunshine and mountain views in this updated condo with whimsical ski lodge themes throughout. The condo has a convenient location just across the street from the shuttle to the ski lifts, next to the hot tub, and is a short walk to Main Street. An open, spacious floor plan includes a living room with a gas fireplace, a sectional sofa, and an extendable dining table that has plenty of room for meals and puzzles! Comfortable, new seating is perfect for looking out to the mountain views, playing a board game, or watching one of the 50+ provided movies on the 60' TV. Couples traveling together will appreciate the availability of two primary bedrooms with the second bedroom having XL beds that can be combined into a larger bed (with appropriate bedding) and separate nightstands. The bright kitchen features granite countertops, a new glass cooktop, and a big breakfast bar. The primary suite has a TV and a private balcony. Extra features include humidifiers, black-out curtains, an electric kettle, a crockpot, a blender, a hairdryer, an iron/ironing board, and a brand-new front-loading washer/dryer.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Great place to stay!

This place was a great place to stay. I loved the open concept of the house, and the couch was very comfortable and big enough to fit a lot of people. It was located close to town. We would definitely stay again.

Great location for a quick trip!

Location was fabulous for our very few days of skiing. Walkable easily to town and a quick walk to the Snowflake lift. I offered a view thoughts to the owners.

Great Summer Location!

My family enjoyed our stay, the location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to downtown. Property is managed by Vacasa, so rather than just emailing a code for the door, I had to download the Vacasa app and create an account to find check in instructions, which we nothing more than “go to the office”.

Nice appartment and good location.

Large and very clean. Only problem is unit did not any humidifiers, which is a must in the a Winter.

Spacious condo in great location

I loved the open floor plan and the location of the condo. It’s up 3 or 4 flights of stairs depending on which door you go through but we really enjoyed our stay. We could walk everywhere or take the bus. Very convenient.

The location great! A 5 minute walk to Snowflake Lift and to Main Street.The condo was spacious and beds were comfortable.There were some maintenance issues (sliding door in main bedroom wouldn't close all the way, broken bathroom cabinet hinge) which were taken care of as soon I reported them. But I expect the unit to be in better shape, especially for the price.General maintenance of the property was disappointing: several burnt out lightbulbs, bathroom soaps almost empty.

A value condo.

Had to find a last minute condo in a good location. The price was appealing. The condo was clean upon arrival. The bathrooms were recently updated and were nice. However, the carpet needs updating as well as window treatments. Kitchen items show their age. If stairs are an issue, this might not be the place for you, no elevator for the third floor unit. If your looking for an economical option this is a good one.

Great cabin

The cabin itself was great, perfect for our family of four. It was clean and roomy. Town was basically across the street. It was easy to walk to. Everything (stores, restaurants, groceries) was close and easily driveable or walkable. 4 stars because they are not responsive on the messaging app (4 days or longer for responses) and the check in process was not clearly explained. We had to call the condo directly to know where to go to check in (building 6!) and we got there just in time before they closed at 5pm. They plow and sand the streets regularly and they also plowed the parking lot once while we were there, which was helpful. The cabin is walking distance to some lifts and it's a short drive to the main Breck Connect gondola. We would likely stay again.

Breckenridge Ski Trip

The place was as advertised and in a great location for a group ski trip with a short walk (uphill) to the lift and the ability to ski nearly all the way to the front door. The only negative and the reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the fact we were given very minimal toilet paper and trash bags and were told we needed to purchase more ourselves. We ran out on the second day of the trip so this was frustrating. Similarly, with the lack of trash bags and small garbage can in the unit it was frustrating that we were not given enough garbage bags when the unit expectation is for us to take the trash out ourselves.
