This warm, nicely-decorated condo offers a great location on the Pine Ridge complex! You are located slopeside on the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and on the second floor of Building 1, and just a short block-and-a-half walk will take you right into the heart of Breckenridge.

When you book this charming condo, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! (subject to availability)

The kitchen is completely updated, including a new microwave and 'flat-top' electric stove. Enjoy the crackle of a wood-burning fireplace, good sun from the living room balcony, or an evening catching up on movies on the TV. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a private ski locker.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Great condo and location

We loved our stay for two nights do some hiking in the Breckenridge area. This condo was much nicer than staying in a hotel. It had a homey feel, nice living space, comfortable beds and was clean. The location could not have been better for walking into town. I would stay here again.

Great Place to stay in Breckenridge.

Pine Ridge is a great place to stay in Breckenridge, especially for families and groups. The location is great and within easy walking distance of the town and the ski lifts. The units are amazing and well equipped. Especially convenient are the washers/dryers in each unit. Will stay there again when in Breckenridge. The free parking is appreciated and there are DVDs available in the office.

Our family of 5 thought this condo was perfect! It had everything we needed and the location is perfect for skiing and heading into town. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you don’t want to pack it. Don’t forget body lotion though! The front desk was extremely helpful and brought us extra blankets and laundry detergent when requested. The hot tub was so nice after a day on the slopes and we appreciated that the towels for the hot tub were available in the unit. The condo was quiet and clean and the ski locker was a nice extra. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed when we made our meals and the blender was nice to have to make smoothies. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Breck!

quick get away

The condo is perfectly located for walks to town. It has great space for 4-6 people. A little dated on the decor, but we were in the mountains to be outside. The living room furniture was comfortable to hang out and watch a movie. The kitchen seemed to be reasonably appointed. Would stay there again!

Great location, except for the road noise, which wouldn’t be a problem in the winter, but was annoying in the summer with the patio doors in the bedroom open. The stained carpet was a little offputting. Other than those two things this was a terrific place to stay for a week in Breckenridge.

Girls Ski Trip

Everything was great. The toaster didn’t work and someone was supposed to replace it but never did. That was our only issue. Plenty of space and fabulous location! Check in/out was super easy.
