We appreciate your feedback and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

We're sorry to hear the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard and that you had trouble reaching someone about it. Marybeth, thank you for sharing your positive experience! We're pleased our home was a good fit for you and your husband and you found it comfy and well-stocked. We apologize for any issues you encountered and our local manager assured us that the HOA is responsible for providing the parking passes and they noted they do not require them during the summer. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us, Judi! We would have loved to assist you during your stay, had you contacted our 24/7 management team about issues regarding the fireplace and kitchen sink. We will pass this information onto our team to check for any repairs needed. We hope to have the chance to accommodate you again, so that we can deliver a hassle-free stay!

Kai, we attempt to be as transparent with our listings as possible and provide accurate and current photos, amenities lists, and descriptions so guests can make the best choice for their stay. To clarify, AC is not an amenity for this home and we regret any misunderstanding. Our team did offer to relocate you to a home with AC and understand that this was not an option you wanted to consider. Our local manager assured us that the shower head has been replaced and the home is in good order. Thank you.

We are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We truly apologize for the fireplace and TV not working properly during your visit. We're glad the issue with the fireplace was remedied during your stay. We regret that the TV issue wasn’t resolved while you were in the home due to the Internet. We always want our guests to be able to enjoy all our home's amenities and we are sorry this was not the case. We hope the compensation you received helped alleviate some of your frustration and that we have the chance to better impress you on your next getaway.
