The Host was very responsive! We booked on Christmas day and within a few hrs we had our code to the cabin. I wish we had the cabin with hot tub, however it was still a great time!

Lodge at Steamboat

Had a great stay. Quick walk to the base area. Loved that each bedroom had their own full bath and 2 bedrooms had their own patio. Great pool and hot tubs! Kitchen had everything we needed, but no salt/pepper or sugar, which was odd.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Andrea. We're delighted to hear that you had a great stay and enjoyed the convenient location, the full baths in each bedroom, and the patios. It's wonderful to know that you appreciated the pool and hot tubs as well. We apologize for the absence of salt, pepper, and sugar in the kitchen. While we strive to provide a well-equipped kitchen, we do not stock food items, including spices and condiments, to ensure the safety and preferences of all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide an even better experience.

Great stay

The condo was comfortable in late June, even without air conditioning. The pool was a great temperature. It was a little labyrinthine to get to our condo, but the space was well laid out.

Good overall. Great location. Fireplace only sometimes worked. They didn’t give us a sponge but asked us to do dishes. We had to call multiple times to get someone to bring us one. Otherwise everything was good.

Nice place

The place was nice and my family enjoyed it. The kitchen could use some basic stuff for cooking, like salt, cooking oil, some seasoning etc. There were small things that didn’t work like balcony doors or some windows wouldn’t open, but we made it work.

Love The Lodge at Steamboat

Easy and enjoyable experience at The Lodge at Steamboat. This was our sixth time at The Lodge. Location is super. Eight minute walk from condo to the gondola. Third time in our unit B205. All was good. Some elements could use some refreshing (e.g., bed lines and blankets showing some age). I don’t know if the owner or the property manager controls that. Will be back to The Lodge for sure.

We had a great time but there was a lot that needed attention. The fire place was broken and when we called they came to fix it 2 times for it just not to work again (they said it is temperamental). There were two small hot tubs and one was off-limits th entire time because it was broken. So the working one was very crowded. When we arrived, there was a broken standing lamp, leaned against the wall and inoperable. When we called to tell them, they said they would come collect it, but they never did. The refrigerator was leaking the entire time so a lot of food was ruined by leaking water. The kitchen sink was also leaking underneath. The frying pans were extremely old and we were unable to cook with them. We did mention this, and we were told that it would be addressed, but it never was. The pans just need to be just thrown out! I am only writing this so these things can be addressed for the next occupants. The location was great and we had a really great time.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and had a great time overall. We apologize for the issues you experienced. All items have now been addressed: the hot tubs are regularly cleaned and available, the fireplace was serviced, the lamp repaired, and the sink, fridge, and pans have been replaced. We appreciate your input, which helps us maintain the property for future guests.

Cozy Cabin

The location of this rental is very close to the ski area. It has 3 bedrooms, which is plenty of space. The third bedroom has 4 twin beds so it’s great if you have kids. The kitchen was big enough to cook. However, it was missing sponge to wash dishes so we went to the store to buy it. Other than that, it’s an awesome and affordable place to stay.

Everything was great and we would return. There was one issue though. When we were there the temperatures were below 0. In the master bedroom the dresser was blocking the baseboard heat and the dial for temperature adjustment never seem to work so it was very cold in there. Otherwise it was perfect and we would return.

Close to the Gondola, Hot Tub, and a great Doorbell

Great place for 2 families, bunk room great for 4 kids. Shuttle service was running every 10 minutes, and after a day on the slopes if you go to the left of the Gondola can ski/ride to a 2 block walk to the condo.

Great place, nicely decorated, comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked, close to laundry room downstairs. Quiet, no noise from neighbors. There's no AC, but keeping the windows open and fans on made it comfortable. Games to play, books to read, swimming pool, and short walks to the Gondola made it fun for the kids. Would definitely stay again.
