The inviting furnishings and bright interior will allow six guests to feel right at home. Plus, the full kitchen has everything needed to make special recipes for the group and still be a part of the fun with breakfast bar seating. If you are visiting to see the beautiful greenery of the area in spring or summer, take a day to read a new book out on the furnished private balcony with a nice glass of wine.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom, plus private balcony access. There are a queen bed and twin bunk bed in the second bedroom and an additional full bathroom, as well.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You'll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!
