The 40 m² property features a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a swimming pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and outdoor shower. The pool is open from late May to mid-September, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The agriturismo is surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan Maremma, close to the village of Capalbio, the Argentario coast, and just a few kilometers from the Tarot Garden by artist Niki de Saint de Phalle.
