Each unit is furnished to a high standard, offers Wi-Fi, and features many other amenities you’d want on vacation. <br><br>On the first floor is the light-filled, spacious 4-room vacation apartment. Equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, it leaves little to be desired. The living area features a comfortable sofa set (with a sleeper function) and offers guests a 50-inch LED TV with a soundbar and Bluetooth connectivity, Wi-Fi internet access, a telephone, a dining area for up to 14 people, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee and Nespresso machines. From here, you can access the furnished terrace with an awning and the garden with a grill. Three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m / single mattresses) and a TV, ensure a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom also features a sleeper sofa and a desk. Valuables can be safely stored in the safe. The apartment is equipped with high-quality designer vinyl flooring. There are two bathrooms with natural light—one with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet. A towel warmer, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer round out the amenities in this beautiful apartment.<br><br>The smallest apartment, a 2-room unit with a covered balcony (awning) on the 1st floor on the left, is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and offers guests a 50-inch LED TV with a soundbar and Bluetooth connectivity, Wi-Fi internet access, a telephone, a dining area for 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee and Nespresso machines. In the separate bedroom, a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) ensures a restful night’s sleep. This room also features another TV, a desk, and a safe. The apartment features high-quality designer vinyl flooring. The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a bathtub with a shower and a toilet. <br><br>On the 1st floor on the right is the beautiful 3-room apartment with a covered balcony (awning), equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The naturally lit bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, a towel warmer, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.<br><br>A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use at no charge. Bicycles, handcarts, etc., can be stored securely in the apartment’s private, lockable storage shed. A portion of the garden is available for all guests to use; there is a fireplace here that is welcome to be used for barbecuing. In addition, lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for relaxing. Cars can be easily parked in one of the six parking spaces in front of the house. <br>City bikes are available for free use with each apartment (not included in the contract).<br>This is a non-smoking apartment. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From November 1 through March 31, you may walk your dog along the entire coastline!! In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” is home to one of the largest fenced-in dog parks in all of Northern Germany.<br>The rental price is based on an occupancy of 10 people; a fee of €5.00 per day is charged for each additional person.<br><br><br
