Here, the charming and stylish 4-room apartment No. 02, “Tilly,” invites you to enjoy an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation.<br>Located just about 300 meters from the beach, you’ll be staying in a central location perfect for a wonderful family vacation. In just 3–5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the center of Scharbeutz with its beautiful stretch of dunes and numerous restaurants, shopping options, and a bakery for your morning rolls. The medical center is about 650 meters away, and the supermarkets are about 800 meters away. <br><br>The modern “Tilly” duplex vacation apartment spans approximately 84 square meters of living space across two levels (first floor + lower level) and offers ample space for up to 6 people. <br>You enter the Scharbeutz apartment through the lovingly designed entryway, which leads directly into the modern living area. The living area and one bedroom on the first floor are accessible without steps. The individual rooms have been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and good taste. A high level of comfort is guaranteed.<br>The large kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully equipped. In addition to an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll find a standard coffee maker as well as a Tchibo capsule coffee machine. We also have a wine refrigerator where you can keep your drinks at the perfect temperature.<br>In the open-concept living and dining area, you’ll find not only the kitchen and a dining area for six people but also a comfortable sofa set that invites you to relax on the couch. A large flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player round out the living room.<br>The Scharbeutz vacation rental offers a total of three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom I is located on the first floor, where you’ll find a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. Bedrooms II and III are both located in the basement. Bedroom II has two single beds (90x200 cm), while Bedroom III is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Exterior blinds in all rooms ensure peace and quiet for a restful night’s sleep.<br>From the living area on the first floor, you can access the south-facing terrace. It is comfortably furnished and offers sunshine all day long. <br>The apartment’s two spacious bathrooms are located on the first floor and in the basement, respectively, and each features a shower/toilet, including a makeup mirror. Additionally, one of the bathrooms is equipped with a washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board round out the amenities.<br><br>Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures added comfort.<br><br>Special features: <br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available here. The owner also provides a free high chair and a free travel crib with an additional mattress. The staircase leading to the basement is equipped with a stair gate that can be closed if necessary.<br><br>There is a designated outdoor parking space next to the house for your car, and you can store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed attached to the house.<br><br>During the 2026 season, from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair on the beach is included. <br><br>This is a non-smoking accommodation. The beach, the pier, and the Dünenmeile with its shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a short walk away. All shopping options are also within walking distance. The same goes for the spa park with its large children’s playground and beautiful mini-golf course. The lovely furnishings invite you to enjoy a carefree vacation. In Apartment 2, you’ll enjoy a very special atmosphere: whether you’re a couple, a family, or a group of friends, everyone can feel at home here in their own way.
