Welcome to the “Strandhafer” apartment on the hillside
. This 46 m² two-room apartment is located on the first floor, right next to the beach. The balcony, which features an awning, faces southwest.
The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, which is built into an alcove in the living room and can be separated from the living area by a curtain. The living room also features a cozy sofa area, a 40-inch flat-screen TV with a soundbar, and direct access to various streaming services. The shortcut buttons for Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+, and TikTok are located on the remote control. Access requires your own login credentials for these services, which are automatically deleted after use. There is also a DAB+/FM/Internet stereo radio with a color display, Bluetooth audio streaming, USB charging, USB playback, AUX-in, and a remote control. A selection of books and games for all ages is available. The dining table seats 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, waffle maker, hand mixer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a coffee maker. The separate bedroom features a small double bed (1.40 x 2.00). The apartment is rounded out by a modern bathroom with a toilet, shower, and heated towel rack. An iron and ironing board are also available.
A washing machine and dryer are available to tenants for a fee in the apartment complex. The complex also features a heated outdoor pool during the peak season (June–September) and a bike storage room. Non-smoking apartment; pets not allowed! Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.
There is an elevator in the building, but you’ll still need to climb a few steps to reach the apartment.
A free garage is available. (Duplex garage: max. height approx. 1.47 m, max. width 2.00 m, max. length 5.00 m). If your car’s dimensions do not fit, a public paid parking lot is available just 200 meters away.
As a special highlight during the 2026 season from May 1 to September 20, a free beach chair is available on the beach section directly in front of the house.

Welcome to the Hanseat Am Hang 3–5 residential complex.

The apartment building is situated on a hill directly on the beach, offering a wonderful view of the entire Bay of Lübeck. Every day, you can watch the many sailboats and motorboats cruising the Baltic Sea here.
The Dünenmeile, with its numerous restaurants and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
A washing machine and dryer are available to tenants for a fee in the apartment complex. The complex also features a heated outdoor pool during the peak season (June–September).
Additionally, you can store your bicycles in the bike storage room.
