You can enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea from this modern one-room apartment in Scharbeutz. The apartment is located on the first floor and has approximately 32 square meters of living space.
The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double fold-out bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m with separate mattresses) as well as a sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi. The dining area seats 2 adults and 1 small child.
The small kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee maker. The modern shower room/toilet completes the amenities.
During the 2025 season, from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair on the beach is included.
There is a garage for your car (please note the dimensions: 2.00 m wide x 1.74 m high).
A shared bicycle storage room is available, as well as a coin-operated washer and dryer in the building.


This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is very welcome!
Barbecuing on the balcony is not permitted.

By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From
November 1 through March 31, you may take your dog to the beach along the entire coastline!! In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” is home to one of the largest fenced-in off-leash areas in all of northern Germany.


Facility:

The Seetempel house is located right on the beach. The beach is just a few steps away. The spa promenade, with its boutiques and shops, invites you to stroll and linger. The mini-golf course and tennis courts are just a few minutes’ walk away.
