Welcome to the well-maintained and quiet “Linda-Lu” apartment complex.


This spacious 2-room vacation apartment measures approximately 58 m² and is located on the first floor. The apartment is equipped for 2–3 guests and features a large, enclosed south-facing sun terrace with 2 lounge chairs and patio furniture for relaxing vacation days.


The living room is furnished with a leather sofa—which also doubles as a comfortable sleeper sofa—two armchairs, a large TV with a soundbar, and indirect lighting that turns cozy evenings into the highlight of the day. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead from here out to the large south-facing sun terrace.


Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom, which is furnished with a box-spring bed, a wardrobe with sliding doors and a mirror, as well as a TV. The bedroom offers direct access to the shower room and the terrace.


The shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower featuring an overhead and handheld showerhead, a heated towel rack, a vanity with drawers that provides ample storage space, as well as a mirror cabinet, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a bathroom radio. A complimentary set of toiletries, including hair/body gel, body lotion, and hand soap, is available in the bathroom.


The separate kitchen offers everything you need for cooking: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a dining area for 3 people.
The living room and bedroom each have exterior blinds for blackout.
A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the communal basement right next to the garages. Bicycles can be parked in the garage on the right.
You can also relax in the well-maintained garden area, which features a seating area, a lawn for sunbathing, and a cozy gazebo.

Our property is quietly situated in the magnificent countryside of Schleswig-Holstein, close to both the sea and the forest. There is a bus stop right in front of the house, from which you can use the Ostsee-Card to take a comfortable, discounted ride to the beach—and back, of course. Alternatively, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach on foot in about 15–20 minutes. The Ostsee-Therme spa and the golf course are approximately 2.5 km away. An ideal starting point for all your adventures.

Look forward to 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments—some of which have been completely refurnished with attention to detail—featuring a balcony (with the exception of Apartment 07) or a terrace, ranging in size from 29 m² to 75 m².

Each apartment features a kitchen—some with a dishwasher—a bathroom with a shower, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are included.

Pets are welcome in the apartments with terraces.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your free use in the communal basement.
