This 45-square-meter, ground-floor, two-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people.

The cozy living/sleeping area features a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a dining area, a modern flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The adjacent semi-open kitchenette is equipped with new appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood venting to the outside, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a freezer compartment.

You can use a free Wi-Fi connection (no refunds or replacements will be provided in the event of service disruptions). The apartment features a TV with internet access, e.g., so you can watch shows on YouTube.
From the living area, you can step out onto the sunny, furnished south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments during your vacation.

Through the hallway, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as the functionally equipped shower room with a walk-in shower. There is also a convenient separate storage room for suitcases or similar items.

The beach and the Seeschlösschen Bridge are within walking distance.

A parking space is reserved for you at the house.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

A vacation park near the beach surrounded by greenery: The 2–3-room apartments, ranging from 42 to 70 m², are lovingly furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. Each has either a terrace or a balcony where you can relax and unwind.


There’s a bike rack at the building for your bike, as well as a parking space for each apartment.

The beach is just about 200 meters away. You’ll find a bakery and the town center right nearby. Here, many exclusive shops, cozy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to linger.

The forest high ropes course in Scharbeutz is sure to be a great adventure. As you navigate the course above the treetops of the Kammerwald, you’ll be secured by a full-body harness and can test your courage alone or as part of a team.

In Gorch-Fock Park, you can enjoy your vacation with the whole family, just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea.
