Welcome to our 3-bedroom flat with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and sunny balcony in the idyllic Brixental Valley. Right on the doorstep: cross-country ski trail and walking paths. Enjoy the view of the mountains while you choose between two top ski areas. Perfect blend of rural tranquillity and comfort close to the village centres. Your alpine home from home!

The 3 room flat is located between the two well-known villages of Westendorf and Brixen im Thale. All the attractions of the two villages, such as gondola stations, bathing lake, swimming pools, mini golf and an 18-hole golf course can be reached in a few minutes. You will stay on the 1st floor of the house and each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as access to the balcony, where you can look out at the wonderful rolling grassy mountains in the surrounding area. In addition, the flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious table with corner bench, where you can start the day together with a cosy breakfast or end it in the evening with a good glass of wine.
The house is surrounded by greenery with meadows full of flowers and trees. A beautiful hiking trail leads directly from the house to Westendorf or Brixen in just a few minutes. Of course, in winter you can also directly enter the cross-country ski trail with your cross-country skis not far from the holiday flat and enjoy the beautiful winter landscape.
For a wonderful day in the snow on the white slopes, you can go to Westendorf as well as to Brixen im Thale. In both villages, the ski lifts take you to one of the largest connected ski areas in Austria, the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, where you can enjoy an adventurous winter sports holiday.
In summer, you can go on beautiful hiking or biking tours through the impressive mountain world around Brixen im Thale from the Hohe Salve to the Brechhorn and the Gaisberg. The forest is already 300 metres away from the holiday home. Would you like to relax for a day and enjoy the Austrian sun and the fresh mountain air? Then grab a deck chair and a good book and make yourself comfortable in the garden belonging to the holiday home. In the evenings, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains together over a delicious barbecue and simply have a great time.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
