The 70 m² apartment is located on the first floor (mezzanine) between the building’s two towers. A fantastic view of the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed from the living room and bedroom—and, of course, from the balcony. The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a cozy seating area (with a sofa bed). The separate bedroom (with a double bed) includes an additional single bed, which is separated by a room divider. There is also a children’s crib in the bedroom. The apartment features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and two parking spaces.
