The vacation rental (40 square meters) with a balcony is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance. It consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle), a seating area for three people, a couch, and a TV. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed. A warm welcome to the Neumeier family’s Hoidaberger Hof in Lam! Our farm is centrally located across from Lam’s market square. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous places to eat, a grocery store, a bakery, and a butcher shop. The nearby spa park, complete with a children’s playground, is a great place to relax. There’s a bus stop right across from our farm. From there, you can easily and stress-free reach the most beautiful sights around the climatic health resort of Lam—for free with the GUTi guest card—such as the Lohberg Wildlife Park, Bodenmais, the glass village of Weinfurtner, Arnbruck, Bad Kötzting, and Furth im Wald, or—in winter—the Eck-Riedlstein and Großer Arber ski areas or the Scheiben cross-country skiing center. You can also charge your e-bike for free at the bus stop. With the GUTi guest card, you’ll also receive a free trial admission to the Osserbad (outdoor and indoor pool with sauna). Our young guests can enjoy a sandbox, trampoline, mud kitchen, and toy vehicles. Upon request, we’d be happy to provide you with a grill. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our farm. However, we would like to expressly point out that we do not offer a traditional “farm vacation.” Our service consists solely of renting out the vacation apartment. We do not offer recreational activities such as petting animals, riding a tractor, etc. However, you are welcome to bring pets for an additional fee (10.00 euros per night/pet).
